Winner Flex vs Closetforge: showroom CAD or a wardrobe configurator on your website

Last updated

Prices and features last checked

Closetforge is a white-label 3D wardrobe configurator and quoting tool for fitted-wardrobe makers. Winner Flex is planning software from Cyncly, sold to kitchen and bedroom businesses for their designers and showrooms. We make Closetforge, so this comparison is written by an interested party; every Winner Flex fact below is taken from Cyncly's own pages, linked and dated.

If you are looking for a Winner Flex alternative, it helps to separate two jobs. One is a designer planning a room with a customer, usually in a showroom or at the customer's home. The other is a customer designing a wardrobe on your website, before they have spoken to anyone. Winner Flex is built for the first. Closetforge is built for the second, for wardrobes only.

What Winner Flex is

Cyncly's product page is titled "Winner Flex: Next Generation Kitchen Planning Software". It publishes no price; the call to action reads "Book a free, no-obligation demo and discover Winner Flex using your own products and workflow" (cyncly.com/en/products/winner-flex, read 9 October 2026).

Cyncly lists four add-ons: Winner MSA, "installation planning and documentation"; Room Survey, "a room measurement app to get room measurements right the first time"; Showcase 360, "virtual showroom software"; and Product Navigator, "Search. Compare. Upsell." (cyncly.com Winner Flex add-ons, read 9 October 2026).

Winner Flex is used for bedrooms as well as kitchens. A Cyncly case study describes East Coast Fittings, a UK supplier of "kitchens and bedroom furniture", and says that "one of ECF's larger customers, with six showrooms, plans to sell the new Robe bedroom range using only Winner's design capabilities and brochures". The same study notes that "more of our customers are sending us Winner files to refine" (cyncly.com case study, East Coast Fittings, read 9 October 2026).

What Closetforge is

Closetforge puts a finished wardrobe configurator on your own website, under your brand and your domain. A customer designs the wardrobe in 3D in six steps, or describes it to an AI assistant that makes the changes for them. Every change is checked against the same building rules, so a design that cannot be built is refused with a sentence that says what to do instead.

When the customer asks for a quote, their phone number is checked with a text-message code, and the server prices the design from your own settings: the boards you buy and what they cost, your waste allowance, your labour minutes and hourly rate, your mark-up, VAT, installation and travel. You receive a customer PDF and a workshop PDF with a cut list, the hardware and accessories, and a cut layout across the boards. By default nothing reaches the customer until you approve it, unless you switch on automatic sending.

Where they differ

Who designs, and when. Winner Flex is software for the business's designer. A customer meets the designer, and the design is made in that meeting or after it. With Closetforge, the customer makes the first design themselves on your website, in the evening or at the weekend, and you meet them with a priced request already in hand.

What is being sold. The East Coast Fittings study describes ranges from a supplier, hosted in Winner and sold through showrooms. Closetforge assumes you build the wardrobe yourself: it prices boards as sheets, counts your labour minutes and adds your fitting and travel. If you resell a manufacturer's range, Winner's catalogue model fits that. If you cut and build your own carcasses, Closetforge's price book fits that.

Kitchens. Winner Flex is kitchen planning software that is also used for bedrooms. Closetforge handles wardrobes only. A studio that sells kitchens needs kitchen software either way.

How you start. Cyncly offers a demo and publishes no price on the pages we read. Closetforge publishes its plans on our pricing page, and the live demo needs no call.

Using both

A kitchen and bedroom studio can keep Winner Flex in the showroom and put Closetforge on its website for wardrobe enquiries. The customer designs at home and asks for a price; you approve it; if the job goes ahead, your designer takes it on in Winner as today. Closetforge does not exchange files with Winner, so the design is redrawn there by hand.

Choose them if…

  • Choose Winner Flex if you sell kitchens and bedrooms and want one planning program for both, used by your designers.
  • Choose Winner Flex if you sell a supplier's ranges and want those ranges and their catalogues in the design software.
  • Choose Winner Flex if your sale happens in a showroom or a home visit, and the add-ons for measurement, installation planning and a virtual showroom match how you work.
  • Choose Closetforge if you build fitted wardrobes from your own boards and want customers to design them on your own website, with each request priced from your own rates.
  • Choose both if you want Winner Flex for the showroom and kitchen work, and a configurator on your website for wardrobe enquiries.

What Closetforge does not do

  • No kitchens. Closetforge handles wardrobes only, by decision. Kitchens, bathrooms, doors and other furniture are out of scope; a quote can carry custom lines for the odd extra.
  • CNC output is limited to a MaxCut CSV. The cut list exports as a CSV for the MaxCut panel optimiser. There is no file for a CNC machine, and no file exchange with Winner or any CAD.
  • EU supplier catalogues only. The supplier catalogues we import come from European suppliers, and there are no manufacturer bedroom ranges. You enter your own board prices.
  • No integrations. It does not connect to accounting, CRM, e-commerce or job-management software.
  • No team management in your account. Extra logins are added by us on request.
  • No customer payments. It sends quotes; it does not take deposits.
  • No measurement app. Customers type their own dimensions; you check them at the survey.
