omara.si: a live wardrobe configurator at a Slovenian joinery workshop

Last updated

Closetforge is a white-label 3D wardrobe configurator and quoting software for fitted-wardrobe makers and joinery workshops, and omara.si, operated by Mizarstvo Lesnika d.o.o. in Žiri, Slovenia, is the first workshop to run it in production. This page describes what runs on omara.si, what the workshop does not use, and what the platform measured there, with every figure dated and counted.

The founder of Closetforge also owns the workshop; the figures are measured in the platform's own analytics. The page is published with the owner's written consent, given on 9 October 2026.

Who omara.si is

omara.si is the customer-facing brand of Mizarstvo Lesnika d.o.o., a joinery workshop in Žiri, Slovenia, that makes made-to-measure wardrobes for homeowners.

omara.si was the first workshop on Closetforge and has been live since April 2026. It is the production brand the platform was built against: real customers designing real wardrobes on it, with the workshop answering them.

Two companies are involved, and they are separate. Closetforge is operated by Smartilabs razvoj in svetovanje d.o.o. omara.si is operated by Mizarstvo Lesnika d.o.o., which signs the same standard workshop agreement as any other Closetforge customer and is billed for its plan like one. The founder of Closetforge owns the workshop, which is why this page carries the disclosure above.

What runs on omara.si

Everything a homeowner sees on omara.si is the Closetforge configurator under omara's own name, logo, colours and domain. The site speaks Slovenian first, because that is the language of the workshop's customers; an English version is there for the customers who want it.

A customer starts in one of three ways: from a ready-made design in the workshop's catalogue, from an empty wardrobe in the step-by-step wizard, or by describing what they want to the AI wardrobe designer. The wizard walks through dimensions, layout, interior, doors and materials, and the 3D view redraws with every change. The AI designer answers in the customer's language and changes the same design, so a customer can talk for a while, switch to the wizard to fine-tune a drawer, and go back to the conversation.

When the design is ready, the customer asks for a quote. They leave an email address and a phone number and confirm the phone with a code sent by SMS. From there the workshop's side takes over:

  • The platform prices the design from omara's own rates, boards, edging and fittings. The customer's browser never calculates a price.
  • It draws two documents: the customer's quote and the workshop's copy, which adds the cut list, the hardware list and the board layout.
  • omara approves every quote before it goes out, unless it switches on automatic sending. It has not switched it on: every customer quote on omara.si is read by the workshop first, and the customer receives a short confirmation that the request arrived while they wait.

The workshop can also work on a customer's design together with them through a share link, and send a revised version of a quote. Read how it works for the same flow from a new workshop's point of view.

What the numbers say

All figures below come from the platform's production database, read on 7 October 2026 as aggregates. No customer is identified, and nothing is projected forward.

Quote requests. Customers raised 33 customer quote requests through omara.si from going live in April 2026 to 7 October 2026, 21 of them in the 30 days to 7 October 2026. These are requests raised by customers themselves; quotes the workshop typed in on a customer's behalf are not counted.

Time to a priced quote. From the moment a customer confirmed their phone number to the moment omara sent the first priced version of the quote, the median was 0.9 hours. The middle half of those quotes went out between 0.4 and 3.7 hours after the request (n = 15 quotes, measured on 7 October 2026). That is the whole loop: the platform prices and draws the documents, and a person at the workshop reads the quote and presses send.

A month on the site. In the 30 days to 7 October 2026, visitor sessions moved through omara.si like this: 346 → 147 → 24 → 15 → 8. In order, those are sessions that reached the landing page, opened the configurator, started a quote request, submitted it, and completed it. These are counted from the site's own first-party events, which lose visitors who use ad-blockers or send Do Not Track, so they undercount: in the same 30 days the quote records hold 21 customer requests, against 8 completed sessions in the event stream. Read the sessions as the shape of a month, and the quote records as the count.

The AI designer. omara's customers had sent 802 messages to the AI designer from launch to 7 October 2026. In the 30 days to 7 October 2026, 77 design packages used the AI designer at least once.

What omara does not use, or has switched off

A case study that lists only what works is an advertisement. These are the parts omara leaves off, and the figures this page deliberately does not print.

  • No live price on the public site. omara runs pricing so that the workshop sees the price live while it works on a design, but the customer does not see a running total while designing. The price arrives in the quote, after the workshop has read it.
  • No automatic sending. As above: every quote waits for the workshop.
  • No win rate. The workshop records won and lost jobs on only some quotes, so any win rate drawn from those records would be wrong. This page does not print one.
  • No traffic split. The platform started recording where each design came from on 4 October 2026. A few days of data is too little to say which channels bring omara its customers.
  • No before-and-after. omara had no measured baseline before it moved to Closetforge, so this page makes no claim that the configurator raised or lowered anything. It reports what happens now.
  • No quote values. The workshop's prices are Slovenian prices for the Slovenian market; they say nothing about what a workshop elsewhere would quote.
  • No quoted statement. The workshop has not given one, and this page does not invent one.

How these figures were measured

Quote counts come from the quote records themselves. The time to a priced quote runs from the phone confirmation to the first version the workshop sent. Session counts come from the first-party events the configurator writes; no third-party analytics were used. Message counts come from the AI designer's own records. The numbers were read once, on 7 October 2026; if they are read again, this page will carry the new date.

See it for yourself

omara.si is a live site: open it and design a wardrobe the way omara's customers do. Requests there go to a real workshop, so if you only want to look around, use the demo instead. The live demo runs the same configurator as a fictional workshop, Oakfield, where nothing is sent to anyone. When you want to see the same set-up with your own name, rates and documents, book a call.
