Fitted wardrobe price worksheet
This is a free price worksheet for fitted-wardrobe makers: type your own board, hardware, labour and margin figures and see the price to quote. It adds up the numbers you type in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is saved.
This is a worksheet, not a quote. It does not know your materials, your rates or your customer's room. For the method behind it, read how to price fitted wardrobes.

What each line means
- Sheets, including waste
- Sheets bought times price per sheet, plus the waste allowance. Waste is a percentage added on top of the sheet cost.
- Edge banding
- Metres of band times price per metre. Count only the edges that show.
- Hardware
- One line per fitting: quantity times unit price.
- Workshop labour, installation, travel
- Hours times hourly rate for the workshop and for fitting; kilometres times a rate per kilometre.
- Overhead
- A percentage of the subtotal for the costs a job does not pay for directly.
- Margin
- Either a percentage on cost (a markup) or a percentage of the selling price. 25% on cost and 20% of price give the same price.
- VAT
- Applied to the price excluding VAT. Use your own rate; leave it at 0 to see the price without VAT.
Where the sheet count and the edge-banding length come from: a cut list with board nesting produces both from the design.
