How it works
You won’t have to become a tech person to use this.
We do the technical part. Your customer does the designing. You do the bit only you can do — check the job and decide the price. Here’s the whole thing, start to finish.
Phase one
We set it up for you
Concierge setup. You hand us your details once and we build the whole thing — you never touch a settings screen or a line of anything technical.
Your materials
We load the boards, foils, glass and finishes you actually offer — with your thicknesses — so a customer can only pick things you can really build.
Your prices
We put your own pricing rules behind it, so the suggested figure on every request is worked out your way, not some generic estimate.
Your logo, your domain
It runs under your brand on your own web address. Your customers never see the word Closetforge — as far as they know, you built it.
Setup is included on every plan. There’s no separate onboarding fee and nothing for you to install.
Phase two
Your customer designs it
On your website, a customer builds the wardrobe they want — in a real 3D view — or simply describes it and an assistant does the drawing for them.
In 3D, at their own pace
They set the size, split it into sections, add shelves, drawers, rails and doors, and watch it take shape. No appointment, no waiting on you.
Or just by describing it
“A 2.4-metre sliding-door wardrobe in oak with drawers on the left.” The AI assistant turns plain words into a real design they can tweak.
It arrives ready to price
Every request lands with a cut list and a suggested price already worked out — so the fiddly drawing-up is done before it reaches you.
The configurator is a new front door, not the only one. Anyone who’d rather phone still phones — you just stop losing the ones who wanted to design online at midnight.
Phase three
You stay in control
Every request comes to you first. You review it, adjust anything you like, and then press send. You are always the last word.
Review every detail
See exactly what they designed, the cut list behind it, and the price the rules suggested — all on one screen.
Adjust freely
Change the spec, nudge the price, add a note. It’s your quote; the tool just did the groundwork.
Then, and only then, send
When you’re happy, it goes out as a branded quote. Not before.
Nothing goes to a customer without your approval. No automatic quotes, no surprises — you sign off every single one.
One conversation to start
See it with your own materials on the call.
Book fifteen minutes and we’ll set up a version with your boards, your prices and your logo, then walk you through exactly what your customer would see. If it’s not for you, no harm done.
