Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Closetforge marketing website at closetforge.com and any related services that are not covered by a separate Master Subscription Agreement ("MSA"). If you are a paying customer, the MSA you accepted at signup governs your use of the Service and prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

These Terms are entered into between you and Smartilabs razvoj in svetovanje d.o.o., registered in Slovenia at Prvomajska ulica 11, 4226 Žiri, Slovenia, registration number 9396454000, VAT ID SI98239759 ("Closetforge", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. We may update these Terms; the updated version applies from its effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 years old. By using the site you confirm that you can form a binding contract under the law of your country of residence. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Account registration

Some features (free trials, demo bookings, content downloads) require an account. You must provide accurate and current information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Free trials and evaluations

We may offer free trials of the Service. Free trials are for evaluation only and provided as-is, without the warranties or service levels in the MSA. We may end a free trial at any time. To convert a trial to a paid subscription, you must accept the MSA.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, or breach security or authentication measures, except under a published responsible-disclosure programme
• Attempt to access data not intended for you, or impersonate any person
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful content
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the site beyond what's permitted by robots.txt or our published API terms
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the site or the Service
• Republish substantial portions of our content without permission
• Use the site to develop a competing product or service

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Service are owned by Closetforge or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site for the purposes for which it is made available. All other rights are reserved.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

7. Third-party links and integrations

The site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at closetforge.com/privacy explains how we handle Personal Data. By using the site you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the site (including pricing, features, and benchmarks) is provided for general information and may change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closetforge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to €100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law and forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies notwithstanding this section if you are acting as a consumer.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by a banner on the site or by email if you have an account, at least 14 days before the effective date.
